The team has failed in the first objective of the season. The Volta ao Porto was the biggest objective for the first half of the season; where Aguiar was expected to fight for a top9 place, but following the lack of results the team has failed in qualify for this tour.
This could be a blow in the team confidence but the confidence is still high in CycleMotor team.
“Volta was an objective for this season as everyone knows, but we can still get the upper hand of this. This way we’re going to the Monte Rosa Tour and I hope to get a better result than I had last season, fifth place was good, but what I like is to win.” said the team captain Élvio Aguiar to the journalists.
The team is now hoping to get results in Div3 in a desperate attempt to get to the big objective for this season, getting to top division.
“It’s a difficult objective, but we have to look forward and push to the limits! Only this way can we get better!” said the team manager.
Will the team get the upper hand of the current situation, or will the team keep his descent through the ranks?

Lets make this a Fail For The Win at Monte Rosa Tour!
I will write a "Fail" PR tomorrow, I think :(
Only being 1st or 2nd will save me from that, but the DP is very low now to perform well. Racing and racing was a good idea, but I think I haven't been lucky in the last 40 days.
Zhanpeng came 9th in Monte Rosa last season with an AV of 41. He was also 5th in 2 stages. With an AV of 45, he could do some great things there as a vice captain.
